Ultrafiltration Units
Beschreibung
Ultrafiltration Systems are a type of membrane filtration system that effectively removes up to 99% of suspended solids, turbidity, bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms without requiring the use of chemicals. These systems utilize a membrane structure with a pore diameter of 0.02 micron to achieve this level of filtration. In addition to surface water filtration, ultrafiltration modules can be used to treat conventional biological and chemical treatment effluents before feeding them into reverse osmosis systems. They are also widely utilized in wastewater recovery projects and are commonly employed in the pre-treatment stage of seawater osmosis systems. Ultrafiltration systems have also proven to be highly effective in the food and beverage industry, natural drinking water preparation factories, and for bacteria intake and indirect disinfection of water. They are utilized in many specialized processes where precise filtration is required.
